I want to transfer my mail, addresses, folders from my old email domain to my new yahoo one. ?

I went to me to the Yahoo mail assistance screen and asked her for it, my old email address and then gave it a list of Domain addresses. But my old (swbell.net) was not one of the options is, it will not leave you me it kind in. Is it still möglich, everything on my new Yahoo email address?
