How to import my contacts from old em acct using TrueSwitch when old domain name not listed?

I have set up a free yahoo em acct. I want to import my old address book and emails from my old acct and notify my contacts of the change but TrueSwitch does not list my old domain name. I want to complete this before I close the old ISP account. Am moving and will not need to set up an ISP in my new home. I am not very savvy at any of this. Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Het is al even geleden dat ik gebruikt TrueSwitch, maar er moet een plek waar u kunt handmatig de oude domeinnaam. Maar TrueSwitch niet met elk domein. Deze handleiding moet u helpen om dit gedaan .
